I've been saving up my PS points for a while now. I'm almost up to 3000, and I'd really like to start spending them. But the issue is, how should I spend them?

It seems easy enough to spend the points, but I am not sure exactly what some of the merits mean and will actually do for me.

Specifically, here are my questions.

If I don't take the breeder merit now, will I be able to take it later on, when I save up more points? Also, if I DO take the breeder merit now, will I be able to choose a different merit next time I want to upgrade?

On the "Speculator" merit, does that mean you can by large groups of items in the shops, or does it just increase the number of items you can purchase from the marketplace? In other words, if I took that merit, would I be able to buy 10 bottles from the store with out doing it one-by-one like I have to do now.

On the "Bargaining" merit, does that apply to the shops, to the marketplace, or to both?

Finally, what do the merits "Building negotiator" and "Fighting coach" do? I know what the description says both do, such as "Discounts when building" for one and "Fighters are better when the coach is present", but what difference will I see from the merits if I get it? I mean, I don't do much building - why on earth would I want that merit? It doesn't make sense to me. Also, on the fighting merit, does that mean my fighters will have a higher moral or some other trait, or does it mean I will just have a better chance of winning?

Thanks to anyone that can help! I'm ready to use my points!!

Yes you can take it later, and you can have more than one merit.

For the speculator, yes, it's what it means, you can buy without doing it one-by-one.

I think the bargaining concerns only the shops, but i'm not sure.

Building negociator is more for people who wants to be mayor, because he builds what is in the town.

Fighting coach isn't useful yet, it will be when someone will be able to attack you when you are travelling with your sheeps.

Yes you will. You can choose one merit one day and a different one another time.

On the "Speculator" merit, does that mean you can by large groups of items in the shops, or does it just increase the number of items you can purchase from the marketplace? In other words, if I took that merit, would I be able to buy 10 bottles from the store with out doing it one-by-one like I have to do now.

I'm not sure about the marketplace... Anyway you can indeed buy large groups of items in the shops. The number of items will depend on the level that you have.

On the "Bargaining" merit, does that apply to the shops, to the marketplace, or to both?

Only to the shops wink1.gif

Building negotiatior isn't of any use for the moment. Maybe later...

Fighting coach allows you to win fights more easily. The higher level you have, the more chances to win you have.

(As far as I know : with level 1 you have 3 "life points" more and with level 2, 1 point of bonus on your attacks)

Thanks to anyone that can help! I'm ready to use my points!!
